- Mom forced her to attend the Society of Women Engineers conference and got inspired by the mechanical engineer who spoke and dressed well
- previously worked at Microcosm, Chrysler before joining SpaceX
Philosophy
- you should make your obsolete your products before your competitor does it for you
- you should improve yesterday’s task by being more faster, efficient and cost-effective if not you’re probably doing it wrong
